For her personal life, it is known that Landecker began a relationship with actor Larry David after the two met on the set of “Curb Your Enthusiasm”, but it was short lived. In early-2015, she started dating “Transparent” co-star Bradley Whitford; they mainly kept information about their relationship out of the spotlight, but in 2018, Whitford confirmed through the Marc Maron podcast that they are engaged.
