This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements the information contained in affairpost.com’s (“Company’s”) Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors and users of affairpost.com (“Website”) who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Policy. The Website is operated by Khududgaztaminot JSC, a Uzbekistan limited liability company.
Information We Collect
Our Website collects certain information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“personal information“). With respect to the “Identifiers” category of personal information, our Website has collected only online identifiers and Internet Protocol addresses. Our Website obtains such information from you when you visit our Website.
Use of Personal Information

- To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information. For example, if you share your name and contact information when submitting a “Contact Us” form, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry.

In addition, the Analytics Services collect information from users, such as how often they visit our Website, what pages they visit, and what other websites they have used before coming to our Website. You can opt-out of having your activity on our Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about your Website activity.
We only make these business purpose disclosures under written contracts that describe the purposes, require the recipient to keep the personal information confidential, and prohibit using the disclosed information for any purpose except performing the contract. In the preceding twelve (12) months, Company has disclosed personal information for a business purpose to the categories of third parties indicated in the chart below.
We may also share your personal information by selling it to third parties, subject to your right to opt-out of those sales. Our personal information sales do not include information about individuals we know are under age 16. Specifically, unless you opt-out by clicking the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link, we may share your internet identifiers with Google or other third-party providers, and they may use cookies or similar devices to serve you ads on our Website or other websites on the Internet, and such third-parties may serve such ads based on your past visits to our Website. You may opt-out of our sharing of such information by clicking the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link and following the stated directions.

Exercising Your Rights to Know or Delete

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information.

You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request to know or delete must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. You must also describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request to know or delete. We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.
Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years old.

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales.
