Amy Morris, the vice president of NBC News, went on to write on his social media accounts: ‘To say Lauren is dedicated and a hard worker is an understatement. Some days she never stopped — like the time there was a crash near the Lincoln Tunnel after her shift was over, and she sent video and did play-by-play from her apartment window.’ He also shared that she was constantly in the studio during the coronavirus pandemic, and was amongst the few people who didn’t work from home.
