Tren Twins is a popular bodybuilding duo, which consists of twins Christian and Michael Gaiera, who were born on 2 April 2001 under the zodiac sign of Aries, in Clinton Township, Michigan. They are 22-year-old professional bodybuilders, video content creators, and social media personalities, probably best recognized for creating engaging content related to weightlifting and fitness for their joint official self-titled YouTube Channel.
