Noelia, who goes by “Noe” and “Noemie,” was born on 29 October in the USA, but her age is unknown.
Career
Cinnannoe started her career in early 2020 by posting a now-deleted selfie from Paris, France, to her Instagram account, @cinnannoe, attracting over 972,000 followers.
