Josh is primarily known as comedian, and became famous for playing the role of Josh Nichols in the highly popular comedy series “Drake & Josh”, which aired on Nickelodeon from 2004 until 2007. His career has been active since 1996.

Josh Peck was raised as a single child by his mother Barbara, who works as a career coach, and his maternal grandmother – he actually never met his biological father. Peck is of Jewish descent and had his Bar Mitzvah ceremony when he was young. He matriculated from P.S. 540 Augustus St.-Gaudens as well as The Professional Performing Arts School. Throughout his childhood he suffered from asthma, which caused him to mostly stay inside the house watching television. Drake and Josh
“Drake and Josh” brought Peck international fame and popularity, with the series and its titular characters loved particularly by the younger audience. Peck was cast alongside Drake Parker, and the two went on to star in four seasons of the show, the last season aired in 2007. In addition, three television movies were released – “Drake & Josh Go Hollywood” in 2006, its sequel “Drake & Josh: Really Big Shrimp” in 2007, and “Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh” in 2008, all of which were commercially successful. YouTube Career
In recent years, Peck has also become a famous YouTube personality, which began after his appearance in another popular YouTuber’s vlog in 2017, a couple of videos on David Dobrik’s YouTube channel, and was thus inspired to start his own. He launched his official YouTube channel on 19th July 2017, and has since gathered more than 2.4 million followers, and amassed more than 120 million views.
