Who is Kira Shine?

Russian social media personality and YouTuber Kira Shine was born under the zodiac sign Virgo on 16 September 1989, in Moscow, Russia. She’s widely known for her presence on the internet, including her self-titled YouTube channel which she launched on 2 July 2017, and which is today subscribed to by nearly 450,000 people.
