Who is Fiona Palomo?

Mexican actress, model and social media star Fiona Palomo, was born under the zodiac sign Libra on 12 October 1998, in Mexico City. She has 10 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for playing Aline Barrera, one of the main characters in the 2022 comedy movie “Que Despadre!”, which also starred Mauricio Barrientos and Mauricio Ochmann, and was directed by Pitipol Ybarra. It follows the life of a 40 years old man, who has no children but who loves to party, while he’s now met a girl who believes that he’s her father; the film won two of its six award nominations.

Fiona’s debut film role was playing Amy Rodriguez in the 2018 crime drama “Cagney and Lacey”, which starred Hunter Doohan, Ving Rhames and Michelle Hurd, and was directed by Rosemary Rodriguez. It follows the lives of two female police detectives, based on the 1980s TV series.

In 2021, Fiona played Angelica in the drama “Torn from Her Arms”, which starred Jose Becerra, Kerry Ardra and Vicky Araico, and was directed by Alan Jonsson. Fiona played Sandra Navarro in the 2023 drama “Un Actor Malo”, and her only other movie role has been playing the lead character Mary in the popular adventure family musical “Journey to Bethlehem”, which also starred Geno Segers, Milo Manheim and Antonio Banderas, and was written and directed  by Adam Anders. It follows the lives of Mary and Joseph, as well as the birth of Jesus.

Fiona portrayed Waleska Polea in 12 episodes of the 2020 action “La Negociadora”, which starred Mariana Gaja, Aldo Gallardo and Barbara Mori, and was created by Raul Prieto and Rosa Clemente Garcia; the series follows the best negotiator in Latin America, whose father’s now taken over an entire city with his group of criminals, and is planning to blow it up.

From 2020 through 2022, Fiona played Maria in 24 episodes of the thriller “Control Z”, which starred Yankel Stevan, Michael Ronda and Ana Valeria Becerril, and was created by Adriana Pelusi and Miguel Garcia Moreno. The series follows Sofia who’s trying to uncover the identity of the person who’s revealing students’ secrets to the entire high school, and it won one of its three award nominations.

Fiona’s only other TV series role has been playing Sofia in four episodes (2023) of the crime action “Outer Banks”, which Jonan Pate and Shannon Burke created back in 2020, and which today stars Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline. It follows four friends on a quest to find a legendary treasure, and the series has won four of the 13 awards for which it’s been nominated.
