Daniel Arenas Wiki Bio
Daniel Arenas Consuegra was born in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, on 30 March 1979 – his zodiac sign is Aries, and he holds Colombian nationality. He’s an actor with close to 20 credits to his name, perhaps known best for his portrayal of the lead character Robert in the comedy series “Mi Marido Tiene Familia”. It was created by Pablo Ferrer Garcia-Travesi, also starred Zuria Vega and Diana Bracho, and follows Julieta and her boyfriend Robert who are renting an apartment from an overly friendly family; the series aired from 2017 to 2019, and won one of the 22 awards for which it was nominated.
Early life and education
Daniel was raised in Bucaramanga alongside his five older siblings, by their father Jorge Enrique Arenas, and their mother Leonor Consuegra; nothing’s known about Daniel’s parents, as he respects their privacy, but it’s said that his father was a businessman, and that his mother was a housewife.
He became interested in acting at a quite an early age, and appeared in plays performed both at his elementary, and later high school. Daniel was interested in a couple of other activities during his teen years, including playing various sports, such as soccer and basketball.
He matriculated in 1998, and then moved to the USA to attend college; in 1999, he launched his acting career with his portrayal of Hans Hakerman in an episode of the drama series “Francisco the Mathematician”.

In 2003, Daniel played Jeremias Luna in three episodes of the romantic family fantasy “Un Angel Ilamado Azul”, and two years later Santiago ‘Santi’ Iriarte in the comedy “Los Reyes”. It starred Enrique Carriazo, Diego Trujillo and Geraldine Zivic, and follows Beto Reyes who has helped a depressed wealthy woman, while she has now made him her heir; the series was nominated for three awards.

Sadly, in June 2020, her left leg had to be amputated below the knee.
