Deyjah Harris, also known as Deyj and Princessofdasouth, is a 22-year-old American social media personality and reality TV star, probably best known for starring in the “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” series.
Early life
Deyjah Imani Harris was born on 17 June 2001 in Georgia USA. Deyjah’s father is the rapper, businessman, record executive and producer, and actor Clifford Joseph “T.I.” Harris Jr., also known as Tip, born on 25 September 1980 in Atlanta, Georgia. He released roughly a dozen studio solo and collaborative albums from 2001 to 2020, including “Trap Muzik” in 2003, “T.I. vs T.I.P.” in 2007, “No Mercy” in 2010, and “Dime Trap” in 2018. Deyjah’s mother is a rapper, singer, and producer, Ranniqua Brannum, better known as Ms Niko, born on 22 September 1980 in the US. She is best known for her hip-hop album, “Luv Kronicals: Reloaded,” released in 2013. Her aunt, Precious Harris, who died in a car accident in December 2019, and her paternal grandmother cared for her when her parents were away on business.
Siblings
Deyjah has two stepsisters, Soniah and Jaela, from her mother’s previous relationship or marriage, and half-brothers Messiah, born on 2 February 2000, and Domani, born on 16 March 2001, both in Georgia, from T.I.’s relationship with reality star LaShon Thompson.
Her father started dating Tameka Dianne “Tiny” Cottle in 2001. Tiny, born on 14 July 1975 in College Park, Georgia, was best known as the Xscape all-girl R&B music group member and her songwriting talent. From that relationship, Deyjah has two half-brothers named Clifford “King” III, born on 25 August 2004, and Major, born on 16 May 2008, and a half-sister, Heiress, born on 26 March 2016, all in the US.
Although they aren’t related, Deyjah considers Zonnique “Miss Star” Pullis, born on 20 March 1996 in Georgia, her sister; she is her stepmother’s child from a previous relationship. T.I. and Tiny married on 30 July 2010; she filed for divorce in December 2016, but they reconciled afterwards.
Deyjah stated in her “Q&A Part 1” YouTube video that she has nine siblings, meaning that one of her parents or stepmother has another biological or adopted child. She also admitted that she wants at least one more sibling, preferably another sister, because she likes even numbers and wants an equal number of male and female siblings.

Religion
In that video, Deyjah explained that she identifies as a Christian due to her family’s beliefs but is more spiritual than religious. She believes in a higher power and God or Lord but has yet to decide if Christianity has all the answers.
Early education
Deyjah attended kindergarten and started her primary education at Campbell Elementary School in Fairburn, Georgia. When she was in first grade, her family moved, and a new school was established. Thus, she switched to Oakley Elementary School in Union City, Georgia, in which she stayed until the fifth grade. She spent the sixth grade and the first semester of the seventh grade at Bear Creek Middle School in Fairburn but was bullied and felt unhappy. Consequently, Deyjah was homeschooled for the second semester of the seventh grade and the entire eighth.
Deyjah then attended ninth, 10th, and the first semester of the 11th grade at a local public school, then switched to a private all-girls high school in the 12th grade, from which she matriculated in March 2019. Deyjah attended a college in Atlanta. She admitted that she struggled during the qualification process and couldn’t get into her dream educational institution, Spelman College in Atlanta.
Career
Deyjah gained renown in 2011 by debuting in the “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” reality series headlined by her father and stepmother, which depicted the private life and professional struggles of the couple and their children. Deyjah had appeared occasionally, usually to discuss a development in her life, voice her opinions on a topic, or partake in a family prank. After its run ended in 2017, VH1 announced the continuation series, “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,” which premiered on 22 October 2018 and introduced family friends such as Monica Arnold, LeToya Luckett, and Toya Wright.
Unfortunately, the series gained popularity in 2019 and 2020 for the wrong reasons. According to Page Six, T.I. admitted during his appearance in the “Ladies Like Us” podcast in 2019 that he started accompanying Deyjah to her gynecologist exam around her 16th birthday. He did so yearly since then to confirm that she was still a virgin and proudly told the podcast hosts that ‘her hymen was intact as of her 18th birthday.’ To counteract any arguments, T.I. clarified that Deyjah ‘doesn’t play sports, ride a bike, or go horse-riding,’ i.e., doesn’t partake in activities that could cause her hymen to break.
Deyjah was embarrassed and traumatized by the incident, but stated that she couldn’t refuse his demand because ‘he always posed himself as a victim when confronted.’ She also implied he coerced her into signing the consent form for him to be present. Consequently, Deyjah unfollowed her father on Instagram.
T.I. publicly apologized to his daughter afterwards, albeit only for sharing a private matter, not for the act that many saw as bizarre, and claimed that he exaggerated his story. Although Deyjah seemingly forgave him for that issue, Atlanta Black Star reported in September 2023 that she posted on Twitter (now X) that ‘having a parent who always thinks that they are in the right is exhausting,’ indicating that they still disagree on some issues.
YouTube
Deyjah created her YouTube channel @deyjahharris7 on 5 July 2017, but only uploaded her first video, “Mental Health Matters: Part I,” on 26 March 2020. Her focus was on helping improve people’s mental health, so she opened up about her struggles with depression and anxiety. Deyjah revealed that bullying in school started her mental health issues, which eventually progressed to self-harm and suicidal thoughts after her aunt died.
Although her depression returned occasionally, Deyjah felt that she was better equipped to deal with it. In the video’s description, she provided the list of questions that she answered in her journal, hoping that her subscribers would do the same. Instead of releasing the promised second YouTube video, Deyjah published the script via the Google Docs online platform.
Dating
Dayjah hasn’t dated anyone publicly and, according to Heavy, stated in March 2019 in a now-deleted Instagram post, ‘Sorry, no boys for me; just a waste of time until someone who can treat and love me like my dad pops up.’ She reaffirmed her convictions in June 2023 via a post on the X platform in which she wrote that she ‘plans to remain single and preserve her virginity as long as possible.’ Unfortunately, many missed those posts, which affected her reputation.
There were rumors that she was dating a rapper named Tyler Antonius, was pregnant with a boy, or had given birth to a child that July. Deyjah fueled the speculations on 18 October 2023 when she posted a 13-second video of herself to X in which she wore what resembled a wedding dress. She even seemed to hint at eloping by asking her followers ‘what they did today.’ Thankfully, she quickly clarified that she wore a mini dress for a set of photos, and that she has yet to find a boyfriend. In her Q&A Part 1 video, Deyjah said that she would want a boy and a girl if she ever had twins.
