After he retired from military, Wil looked for new endeavors, and in 2009 he was picked-up for the new reality TV show on American Heroes Channel, “Special Ops Mission”, in which he would solo special operation missions against groups of opposing-force (OPFOR) operatives, which consisted of regular and special operations veterans in simulated war game missions.
