His investigation also led to a congressional hearing to test foreign airline pilots in English before they were hired in the US. He was also responsible for stricter quality control of the protection of military vehicles. Relationship, Marriage, and Divorce
For her personal life, it is known that Jim met Mika when both of them were working for WTIC-TV back when their respective careers were just beginning. They married in 1993 and have two daughters together. Everything was going well in their relationship until his wife joined the show “Morning Joe”. While things were okay at the start, allegations of Brzezinski and Scarborough beginning an affair started going around. This allegation led to the breakdown of her marriage, eventually leading to their divorce in 2016.
