Born Tania Raymonde Helen Katz, she is an American actress who started her professional acting career by starring in “Syd in Wonderland”, and in the “Malcolm in the Middle” TV series as Cynthia Sanders, appearing in the series run from 2000 and 2002. Her next role was that of Alex Rousseau in the series “Lost”, between 2006 and 2010, and the following year she starred in the “Death Valley” film as Carla Rinaldi. Besides acting, Tania appeared in the Maroon 5’s music video “Won’t Go Home Without You”, before in 2013 being cast in the series “Chicago P.D.”, a spin-off of the “Chicago Fire” NBC series, however, she later left the show together with Scott Eastwood, a co-star for creative reasons.
