Lulu Antariksa is an American-born TV and film actress and singer, who is perhaps best known for her appearances in the web series “T@gged” and the TV sitcom “How to Rock.”

Age, Early Life, and Education Background

Born Lauren Elizabeth-Marie Antariksa under the Leo zodiac sign on 22 August 1995, in Los Angeles, California, Lulu is 28 years old as of 2023. She’s the daughter of Kara B. Antariksa, who is German – she has not disclosed the name of her father, who is of Indonesian ethnicity. She was brought up alongside her three elder brothers – including Mark and Chris Antariksa – in a very religious household that was very passionate about reading religious quotes, books and scripts.

Lulu made her TV debut portraying Lina in the episode “The Masked Eagle: Part 1” of the PBS series “American Family” in 2002. She went on to appear in single episodes of several TV series in the 2000s before she landed her first major role – as Stevie Baskara in the Nickelodeon teen sitcom “How to Rock” in 2012 – Antariksa initially auditioned for Grace King’s role, but was selected to portray Stevie; the American actress, Halston Sage was selected for the role of Grace. Stevie is humble, sweet, cool, and caring to her fellow bandmates and seems to be the most focused in the band. She shared the screen with the singer and actor, Cymphonique Miller and appeared in 25 episodes. Miler named her the ‘flirtiest’ of all the cast of the teen sitcom. Her co-star, Samantha Boscarino, was named the ‘most studious.’ During her stint in “How to Rock,” Lulu served as a panelist in seven episodes of Nickelodeon’s children’s panel game show, “Figure It Out,” which was originally hosted by The American sports commentator and TV personality, Summer Sanders.

From 2013 to 2015, Lulu portrayed Lexi Connolly in the web series “Side Effects,” which is about the life of a teenage girl who often experiences musical hallucinations and follows her life as she struggles to survive high school, deal with her squabbling siblings, and as she tries to solve the mystery of her father’s disappearance.

In 2016, Lulu appeared in an episode of the romantic comedy, “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” – she also performed the song “Put Yourself First” in an episode of The CW series. From 2016-2018, Lulu starred as Rowan Fricks in the teen psychological thriller web series “T@gged”, appearing in 35 episodes during her two-year stint, sharing the screen with Lia Marie Johnson and Katelyn Nacon.

Lulu next portrayed Patty in the pilot episode of the sci-fi drama web series “Impulse” in 2018, and in the same year starred as Anna in the Josh Mendoza-written and directed post-apocalyptic thriller movie, “What Still Remains.” In 2018 and 2019, Lulu portrayed Penelope Park in seven episodes of The CW fantasy drama series “Legacies,” a spin-off from “The Originals” and stars the likes of Danielle Rose Russell, Kaylee Bryant, Aria Shahghasemi, and Jenny Boyd. 2020 saw Lulu portray Jen in the film “Witch Hunt.”

Most recently, in 2023 Lulu played Cleo in an episode of the ABC police procedural crime-drama series “The Rookie: Feds,” which is a direct spin-off from “The Rookie.”

Music Career

In 2012, Lulu and the actor/musician, Daniel Durston sang the duet “All Your Love.” In the same year, she portrayed Alex Goot’s love interest in the music video for his song, “Lightening” and also made a cameo appearance in the music video for the song “Maroon 5 Medley” in which the actress Victoria Justice had the lead singing role. Both the songs “Lightning” and “Maroon 5 Medley” were directed by the American video editor, musician, and producer, Kurt Hugo Schneider.

Lulu has also made guest appearances in numerous music videos including for the songs “C’Mon” (2013) and “Cups” (2014) by the singers Kesha and Anna Kendrick.

The duo became good friends, and it’s rumored that they briefly dated starting from November 2013, which they’ve never confirmed or denied.

It is rumored that Antariksa had a fling with her “T@gged” co-star, the American actor, Lukas Gag;.the duo played love interests in the web series. Antariksa has remained tight-lipped about her current dating status, and is unmarried without children as of late 2023.
