Who is Rose Reid?

Rose Reid was born in Nashville, Tennessee USA, on 24 January 1999 – her zodiac sign is Aquarius, and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress and writer, who’s appeared in six movies, probably known best for her portrayal of the main character Finley Sinclair in the 2020 romantic drama “Finding You”, written and directed by Brian Baugh, based on the book “There You’ll Find Me” by Jenny B. Jones, and which also starred Jedidiah Goodacre and Katherine McNamara. The movie follows violinist Finley who has travelled to an Irish village to study there, and it was nominated for a Movie Guide Kairos Prize for Spiritually Uplifting Screenplay.

Early life and education

Rose was raised in Nashville by her parents who were highly supportive of her wish to pursue acting, and took her to New York City and Los Angeles, California on a number of occasions, so that she could attended auditions. Rose was then cast to play Victoria in the 2017 family drama “Sweet Sweet Summertime”, directed by Ken Carpenter, and which starred Nico Christou, David DeLuise and Kayla Ewell. The movie’s about Caleb and his friend Blake who are plotting to stop Caleb’s father from moving his family away.

In 2019, Rose portrayed Lee Grove in the popular drama “The World We Make”, written and directed by Brian Baugh, and in which she starred alongside Caleb Castille and Kevin Sizemore. It tells the story of the 18 years old equestrian Lee and her Football Player boyfriend Jordan, who are learning to deal with racist people in their town.

Rose’s only other role, besides in “Finding You”, has been in the 2020 romantic drama “A Welcome Home Christmas”. It starred Jana Kramer, Brandon Quinn and Charlene Tilton, and follows a US soldier who has fallen in love with Army counselor Chloe Marquee.
