Early Life, Relationships, and Marriage
Very little information is known about Dillon prior to her meeting and marrying Paul Teutul, Sr. There are no details regarding her family, her childhood, her education, her path growing up, and even her career. However, things were not meant to be as the two divorced – the reason has not been shared publicly. She later met Paul Teutul Sr. in the early to mid-2000s and the two started a relationship. In 2007, they decided to marry and with that she became the stepmother to four of his children from a previous marriage. Both of them are divorcees which is one of the reasons why they got along well, having common experiences at the time they met.
Former Husband – Paul Teutul Sr
Paul Teutul Sr. is the founder of Orange County Choppers, a company that manufactures various custom motorcycles, mostly with the chopper design. The company and personnel are the subject of the reality television series entitled “American Chopper”, in which Paul Sr. appeared alongside two of his sons who are also bike designers. He originally worked in a fabrication shop which he owned, but then discovered his passion for making custom bikes. He left his old company to one of his sons so that he could focus on establishing a new company.
One of the reasons he can easily be identified among the many reality television stars out there is due to the numerous tattoos on his body – he’s been known to acquire tattoos on occasion to help make a point or express a feeling. He has a tattoo on his left arm which says OCC New York, to help differentiate Orange County, New York, the location of his shop, to the popular Orange County in California. He has a tattoo of a bullmastiff he owns named Marty, given to him by renowned tattoo artist Ami James. He also has another tattoo of an older bullmastiff he owns named August.
During the time they were together, Beth made occasional appearances on the show “American Chopper”, which began airing in 2003 and stars her former husband and his son as they manufacture chopper style motorcycles in OCC. However, the two often argued due to the contrasting styles and creative direction that both of them had. These arguments were a hallmark in the series until one argument went too far, leading Paul Jr to leave the company to start his own, later establishing Paul Jr. Designs which also became a feature of the show.
In 2007, the show moved from Discovery Channel to TLC, and aired its fifth and sixth seasons with the network before it was cancelled. It was later announced that they were making a new show entitled “American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior”, and the first half of the new show aired on TLC before moving back to Discovery. After the 10th season of the show, they decided to end it, completing airing in 2012. However, in 2018 it was announced that the show will be revived, and the first episode of the new season as the duo return focused on their respective businesses.
