Very little information is known about Daniel’s childhood and his family, except that he attended Dauntsey’s school which is an independent day and boarding school located in Wiltshire, and after matriculating, enrolled at the University of Lancaster which is located in Lancashire, northern England, one of only six collegiate universities in the UK, and ranked among the top 10 in UK Universities. In 2011, Ings joined the BBC psychological horror series entitled “Psychoville”, which starred Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton, and also appeared in the sitcom “The Café” which starred Michelle Terry and Ralf Little in the same year, followed by his major film debut in a small role in the film “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”, which is slated as a stand-alone sequel to the previous “Pirates of the Caribbean” films. For his personal life, it is known that Ings is married, though for some reason details about his marriage has not been shared publicly, as he prefers to keep that aspect of his life private, but he has apparently been in that relationship for over 13 years and they have two sons.
One of the reasons why there is very little information about his current and past endeavors is due to the lack of any strong online presence. He does not have any accounts with any of the major social media websites but there is more coverage of someone who shares a similar name, Danny Ings who plays professional soccer. So there is no information available about any of his endeavors, or his private life outside of the professional realm.
