American singer-songwriter, YouTuber and social media personality Forrest Frank, was born under the zodiac sign Aries on 8 April 1995, in California, USA. He’s one half of the music duo Surfaces, with the other half being Colin Padalecki; their music is a blend of calypso, reggae, hip hop, pop rock, jazz and soul, and they’ve released five studio albums.

Forrest is perhaps known best for his self-titled YouTube channel, which he launched on 19 June 2012, and which is today subscribed to by nearly 250,000 people. He’s shared 113 videos and all of these together number nearly 50 million views; most are his and Surface’s original songs, with others featuring him during his everyday life.

Forrest was raised in the US by his parents; he respects his mother and father’s privacy and is yet to talk about them in public, however, it’s widely believed that his father’s an architect and his mother a nurse. Forrest’s thought to be an only child, as he hasn’t talked about having siblings.

Just as Forrest, Colin Padalecki began recording music while still attending high school, and started uploading it onto the internet while attending Texas A&M University. After having heard his music, Forrest contacted Colin and they went on to found Surfaces.

The two boys released their debut album “Surf” in December 2017, and its third song “24 / 7 / 365” became a hit on Spotify, as it was listened to more than 70 million times. Forrest also began working on his solo career following the success of “Surf”, as he released his songs “Why Not Me” and “Your Soul”, which have together been listened to nearly 100 million times on Spotify.

Surfaces’ second studio album “Where the Light Is”, came out in January 2019, with its seventh song “Sunday Best” reaching the Top 40 in various countries, including Australia, New Zealand and Canada; it also reached top 100 in Switzerland, Sweden and Germany. The song has since been listened to close to a billion times on Spotify, while today it also has its own music video on YouTube.

The duo’s third album, “Horizons” was released on 28 February 2020, and they made a guest appearance on the show “Late Night with Seth Meyers” only two days later, however, it failed to attract as much attention as its predecessors.

Surfaces’ fourth album “Pacifico” was released on 25 June 2021, and their fifth and most recent album “Hidden Youth” came out on 26 August 2022; their most recent work has been the song “Aggie Intro”, which they were asked to write for Texas A&M University’s football team.

Forrest rarely talks about his love life on the internet, but it’s still widely known that he’s today married to American non-celebrity Grace Frank; they exchanged vows during the pandemic in 2020, and thus had to postpone the wedding reception, which eventually took place in May 2021. Forrest and Grace have a son Bodie together.

Grace prefers to stay away from the media, however, it’s believed that she was studying to become a nurse prior to giving birth and deciding to be stay-at-home mom; she can be seen featured in some of Forrest’s YouTube videos, including his above mentioned #1 video.
